− Previously, sending electricity bills to free market customers via email required a total of 3 hours, involving significant manual effort. Presently, this task has been streamlined to just 10 minutes, with manual intervention completely eliminated.

− Billing prediction: predict energy consumption and the number of customers in 1 month, 6 months an 12 months. this project was worked with the italian enel team, we develop two predictive models with arima, that provide approach to time series forecasting.

− Billing's RPA: Use of technologies such as computer vision, deep learning and RPA to automate part of the billing process; This new process reduces processing time by 40% and increases the analysis time for billing analysts.

− Fose process upgrade: Fose is a government benefit to help poor people, the upgrade is about the increase in the range of the benefit that changes from 100 kw to 140 kw, which means that people with less than 140 km comsuption will receive the benefit. This update also has a control panel in qliksense, which helps the analyst, view the increase of the beneficiaries by district, sector, range of consumption over time and tendences that help to make decision about that.

− Dashboard of the route of the billing: This dashboard was create in Qliksense, the goal is know the change of states of the custemers in the billing process; this dashboard is fed with data from reading consumption, verification of reading consumption, billing states and features of the costumers; this data is extract, tranform and load by azure data factory.

Interests

Apart from being a machine learning engineer, I enjoy keeping fit and spending time outdoors with my family. Every morning I get up early to do gymnastics and stay in shape. On the weekends, my wife, young daughter, and I enjoy outdoor sports like hiking and exploring nature.

I also like to collect figures from 80's series, like Star Wars, Transformers, GI Joe, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Mazinger Z, Macross, Steel Jeeg, among others. When I'm at home, I like to watch sci-fi movies and TV shows and explore new technologies to stay inspired and motivated.
